I had breakfast in the café and everything was GREAT. The rooms were nicely decorated and had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was unbeatable and the staff was genuinely helpful and extremely helpful during the whole stay! Plus the hotel was near restaurants and bars.

The hotel offers great value for money with their inclusive breakfast, which even includes healthy options. The attention to detail in the design of the rooms is impressive, with everything you could imagine already set up for your convenience. The location, although in a quiet area, is near plenty of restaurants in a busy business district.

The hotel was clean and located in an elegant-style building. the staff were really friendly and affable. - I greatly enjoyed the great value for money. - the breakfast served was amazing and catered to all tastes. - the location was good and incredible, at a moderate distance from A 1958-Vintage Tower. - the venue was in a central area, close to multiple subway lines and the metro/train station, as well as Shiodome train stations.

Handy device for free internet and local calls. Helpful staff. Quiet location with nearby bars and restaurants. 10 min walk to metro stations. Good breakfast buffet with vegetarian options. Amazing tea selection. Safe luggage storage. Easy check-in/out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was super close to Shimbashi Station and Metro stations, making it convenient for us to explore the city. We were able to easily reach anywhere in this city from Shimbashi station that is well connected to other parts of Tokyo. The hotel's central location also allowed us to walk to popular attractions such as Ginza and the Imperial Palace. The cleanliness of our room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed by the modern yet traditional aesthetic features throughout the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.

The cleaning lady accidentally dropped my toothbrush and did not replace it or offer an apology. Additionally, the breakfast service was lacking, with limited options and no hot water for tea.
